At Bujairami Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Ensure the perfume bottle is in its original box and shrink-wrap, then pack it safely in a sturdy shipping carton to prevent transit damage.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred tracked courier to our warehouse address provided in the authorization email.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item to confirm it is unused, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
